Specification:

Description

 

 

Cabinet Body

High-quality cold rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.0mm.

All the workpieces are made of die stamping, bending and welding. The welding parts are polished to smooth transition. Welding spot is without burr and fake welding, structure surface was pickled, phosphated, electrostatic sprayed with epoxy powder.

Cabinet door

High-quality stamping cold rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.0mm.

Inside and outside double buckle type, inside fill sound-insulation material. The top cupboard door is embedded with 4mm transparent tempered glass. All the workpieces are made of die stamping, bending and welding. The welding parts are polished to smooth transition.Welding spot is without burr and fake welding, structure surface was pickled, phosphated, electrostatic sprayed with epoxy powder. The upper and following cupboard door are embedded with glass.

The upper and the following stepped cabinets
0.6-1.0mm thick high quality cold-rolled steel plate and weld u-shaped reinforcing plate. The surface is treated by pickling, phosphating and electrostatic powder spraying.

 

Handle:
The inside concave-type handle integrated with cabinet door/304# stainless steel C type handle/aluminum alloy inside concave short type handle (any choice).

Hing:
DTC175°alloy hinge/304# stainless steel hinge(any choice).

Adjustable foot:
Special foot nylon die cast stainless steel screw.
