The left and right side panels of the main body, the front steel plate, the back plate, and the top plate are made of 1.0mm thick steel plate, and 2000W imported from Germany is completely self-contained.
Automatic CNC laser cutting machine blanks the material, and the bending adopts a fully automatic CNC bending machine one-time integrated bending forming, and the surface is made of epoxy resin powder

The inner lining board adopts 5mm thick core anti-fold special board, which has good anti-corrosion and chemical resistance. The deflector is optional, and the fixing parts are made of anti-corrosion polyvinyl chloride material in one piece.
Equipped with fixed windows + 2 moving windows up and down, the glass guide grooves of the moving windows are made of PP material, and the sliding door is light and silent. The handle PP is integrally formed, embedded with 5mm tempered glass, the door opening height is 1450mm, and the door opening height is 1450mm, and the upper and lower transmission device of the sliding door adopts the pulley + wire rope configuration, and the sliding door guide device is made of corrosion-resistant PVC material .
The fixed window frame is made of steel plate and sprayed with epoxy resin, and 5mm thick tempered glass is embedded in the frame.
All the internal connection devices of the connection part are hidden and arranged and anti-corrosion. There are no exposed screws, and the external connection devices are all anti-corrosion.

The exhaust outlet adopts a gas collecting hood integrally formed with the top plate, and the air outlet has a circular hole with a diameter of 250mm and is connected by a sleeve to reduce gas turbulence.

The inner side of the side board can be equipped with an optional waterway (one-time molded PP small cup tank, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance. Single-port copper valve core laboratory special faucet.)
The circuit control panel adopts a liquid crystal display panel (the opening stroke of the damper can be set, and the electric damper can be opened quickly in 6 seconds), 8 buttons (power, setting, confirm, lighting, backup, fan, damper +\-key) . Illumination LED white light fast start type, installed on the top of the fume hood, long service life. The socket is equipped with four 10A 220V five-hole multi-function sockets. The line uses Chint 2.5 square copper core wire.
The hinge of the lower cabinet door adopts the "DTC brand" 110-degree straight bending hinge, which has a long service life and is easy to disassemble and assemble.
Other maintenance windows are reserved in the back panel of the lower cabinet to facilitate troubleshooting. 4 holes are reserved on the left and right side panels to facilitate the installation of cork and other facilities.
